Frequently Asked Questions

While we want you to enjoy our rentals, we also want the next customer to enjoy the rental too.  All our units are rented as dry with the exception of the wet/dry slide, which can be rented as either wet or dry.  There are different fees for drying a unit being returned unexpectedly wet.  

• If dry slide rental is returned wet, there will be a $125 drying fee.  
• Any other unit returned wet will incur a $350 drying fee.

The only exception is weather.  Should it rain during your rental, a drying fee will not be charged.  Wet units may require us to cancel with the next customer because it will require us to set up the unit for 2-3 days to dry out the unit.  Kids running through sprinklers or swimming in a pool can typically towel off before entering the bounce house without incurring a drying fee.  Please ensure all dry units are dry at pickup to prevent any additional charges.

Because we are a family owned business, holidays are important to our family like they are to yours. Please contact us to inquire about renting on a holiday.

Rent a unit for the day or for 4 hours.  Rentals scheduled for 4 hours or less will be charged the 4 hour rate. The day rate is $40 more and can be booked for the following hours depending on the time of year and other rentals already booked.    

• Summer rental hours are generally from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Exceptions may apply).  
• Starting in September, rental hours are dependent on hours of daylight (generally 8:00 AM – 6:00 or 7:00 PM).  
• Overnight rentals are considered a two-day rental and will be charged for 2 days. Contact us for weddings, prom, homecoming, youth group lock-ins, etc. for more details.  

We clean our units on site prior to removal and we need to allow enough time to clean and roll the unit before it is too dark to do so.  

A deposit is not required to reserve an inflatable; however, all reservations must be secured with a major credit card which will be kept on file. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery after the inflatable is set up and a walk-through has been performed or at the time of cancellation.

We rent our units by the day.  An overnight rental would be considered a 2 day rental and charged for 2 days.

Keep On Bouncing LLC offers FREE* delivery and set up of bounce houses within a 10 mile radius from Baldwin, WI.  To calculate the delivery fee, Google Maps is used to determine the distance from 54002.    

Our normal delivery area is within 25 miles from Baldwin (54002).  Deliveries over 25 miles from Baldwin will incur increased delivery fees.  Full day rentals (no 4 hour rentals) are required with a minimum transaction of $250.  Minimum transaction includes cost of rental and discounts (delivery and taxes are not included).  

Offers cannot be combined and coupon or evidence of military affiliation or emergency responder must be provided on the day of the delivery to receive a discount.

Our staff will set up the unit for you on concrete, blacktop, or grass.  For the safety of you and your guests, we use stakes or sandbags to secure the rental.  Power within 100 feet of the setup location is required.  We will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the start of your rental so the inflatable is available for you and your guests to use for the full rental time.  The time it takes to set up the inflatable is not included in your rental time.      

After setup, we will walk you through any safety concerns and provide rental instructions. When we return to pick up the unit, a responsible adult must be available to inspect the rental with our staff.  

Any of the following items could prevent the inflatable(s) from being set up on-time. 

• Failure to select a suitable location that is level with enough room to move around the unit.  Keep in mind the height of the unit too if setting it up near a tree or in a shed.  The area must be relatively level to minimize movement of the unit while in use and reduce the risk of injury.   
• Failure to choose a location that within 100′ from an outlet.  For safety, we strive to set up all inflatables within 100′ from an outlet to avoid using multiple extension cords.   
• Failure to mark in-ground  sprinkler system lines or have someone available during setup process to ensure a sprinkler line will not be damaged.  Keep On Bouncing LLC cannot be held liable for any damage done to a customer’s sprinkler system.  If the location of sprinkler lines is questionable, please talk to us about using sandbags to secure the rental.   
• Failure to remove animal fecal matter, sticks, stones, and other sharp or hard objects from the setup location before the driver arrives.   

To prevent the possibility of an unprepared site fee from being assessed at delivery, please identify a suitable location for the inflatable(s) prior to arrival and ensure the area is ready for setup.  If the area requires preparation after arrival, it will be the driver’s discretion whether to wait for the area to be prepared or cancel the order.

No refunds will be issued after a rental is set up.    

Reservations are your confirmation to ensure the unit you want will be available on the day of your event. Because a reservation prevents other customers from renting the same unit,   cancellations and reschedule requests will incur a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the rental if the request is made at least three days before the day of the reservation.  Cancellation and reschedule requests made less than three days before the day of the reservation will be charged the full rate of the rental.This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and will not apply to a future rental.  Inclement weather is the only exception to the cancellation/reschedule fee (see the Questionable Weather FAQ below).

Although we want your event to be a success, we also want to ensure you and your guests remain safe and our equipment remains in good operational condition. Our drivers cannot set up bounce houses in high winds or if it is raining. Keep On Bouncing LLC reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to inclement weather.  Inclement weather guidelines for cancelling a rental includes:  

• Temperatures below 55° F    
• Wind gusts of 15+ MPH   
• 55% or higher chance of rain
• Consistent percentages throughout the day indicating pop-up showers

If there is a chance of rain, the customer will be given the option to cancel at no charge even if the chance is less than 55%.  Customers may request to proceed with delivery in uncertain weather conditions; however, if the driver is not able to set up the unit at the time of arrival due to rain or high winds, an Inclement Weather Delivery fee will be assessed and the reservation will be cancelled. Greater than 55% chance of precipitation, Keep On Bouncing LLC will assess the weather and contact you to discuss rescheduling or cancellation options. We will make every attempt to complete the reservation; however, sometimes the weather is extremely questionable and may result in cancelling the reservation based on the uncertainty of the weather (which would result in no charge for the unit).
